Welcome to Stilbaai Ozone Health

Stilbaai Ozone Health is based in the Wellness & Lifestyle Centre Stilbaai, offering the use of Ozone Therapy using the Smith Mark III “pod”.

Even if you are in perfect health, you will benefit from this treatment to detoxify and stimulate the working of the immune system.

Due to the latest technology and up to date equipment, we can administer the following therapies:
•Steam Sauna/Hydro Therapy (Hyperthermia)4ways5
•Ozone Steam Therapy (Transdermal)
•Oxygen Steam Therapy
•Topical Ozone Therapy (Cupping)
•Breast Cupping
•Vaginal insufflation
•Rectal insufflation
•Ear insufflation
•Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)
•Photon light and spectrum therapy
•Herbal/Aroma therapy

Typical treatments are between 25-30 minutes in duration. A series of treatments usually consists of 10 -20 applications. If necessary (especially in cancer), a second or third, etc., series of treatments should be undertaken.

Ozone Steam Sauna Cabinet

Transdermal Ozone is a method in which ozone is introduced into the body via the skin while sitting in a hot steam cabinet. As the pores of the skin open as a result of being surrounded by the warm steam, ozone enters the body transdermally (i.e. via the skin) the ozone then penetrates the blood, lymph and fat. By allowing ozone in and out via the sweating process that is induced, Transdermal ozone therapy is one of the most powerful methods of detoxifying and oxygenation the body in existence. This method is not new: Dr Kellog first used ozone in steam saunas at his naturopathic clinic in Battle Creek, Michigan as far back as 1881. The Germany army used Transdermal ozone, without the use of steam baths, for wound healing on the battlefields of World War 1.

The patients sits in an ozone steam cabinet, with the head out, and the body is surrounded by warm steam. The steam causes the pores to open fully and the ozone, induced into the cabinet, can penetrate fully into the tissue- the blood, the lymph and the fat.

Since the majority of the toxins are held in the lymph and fat, this treatment is the most effective way to eliminate them from the body. Since the skin is the largest organ of elimination, the majority of the toxins are sweated out, sparing the liver and kidneys extra work.

Hyperthermia itself is a very effective technique, many of thousands years old. It results in a “false fever” reaction, which stimulates the body’s own defense mechanism. With the addition of ozone, the treatment becomes doubly powerful. As the toxins are oxidized, and eliminated from the body, the fat containing them is no longer needed, and also leaves. This is backed up by the consistent accounts of weight loss associated with ozone steam therapy. As well the tendency is for the skin to become smooth, soft and free from blemishes. Symptoms of a whole host of diseases disappear as the toxins leave the system.

Transdermal application of ozone combined with hyperthermia in the steam cabinet is the treatment of choice for most cancers (except brain cancer, which can be treated with ozone insufflation in the ear at 1/32L/M). Cancer cells are tightly packed as they try to force their way in between other cells, and thus less able to shed heat. This accounts for the effect that heat stress has in killing cancer. Both heat stress and ozone kill cancer, so this treatment offers the best opportunity to eliminate cells which are fermenting sugar aerobically, halt metastasis and restore healthy aerobic function.
Because of its negative charge and the positive charge of cancer due to the lack of an enzyme coating) ozone is able to destroy cancer cells with more certainty than the surgeon’s scalpel. In addition, ozone will oxidize the toxins which caused the original problem, and thus prevent recurrence of the problem. This is in contrast to chemotherapy which massively immune-suppressive and radiation which itself causes cancer.

Ozone has an amazing potential for cleaning and healing the body. Ozone is an activated trivalent (three atoms) form of oxygen is O2  whereas ozone is O3. Over a period of 20-30 minutes, ozone breaks down into two atoms of regular oxygen by giving up one atom of single oxygen leaving a single, reactive oxygen atom. Medical ozone is made when medical is electrically activated (using an ozone generator) to form ozone.

Oxygen is the single most important nutrient for the body. The body can survive weeks without food, days without water but only minutes without oxygen. Every cell of the body requires a continuous supply to feed the chemical reactions that generate energy, detoxify both internal and external derived waste products and to maintain production of the structural cell components. Any reduction in the availability of oxygen to the body, whether by poor posture and breathing de-oxygenated water and refined foods, smoking, lack of exercise, environmental pollution or exposure to carbon monoxide, reduces the optimal performance of these essential cellular functions.

As a lack of sufficient cellular oxygen is a major cause of poor health, leading to conditions such as arthritis, low immunity, constant tiredness, regular colds and flues, migraine, low vitality, M.E and so on, when the body is flooded with an activated form of oxygen, namely ozone, people constantly report that these conditions as well as their general health and energy levels dramatically improve.

What Ozone does: Ozone inactivates viruses, bacteria, yeast, fungus and protozoa, stimulates the immune system, cleans arteries and veins, improves circulation, purifies the blood and lymph, normalizes hormone and enzyme production, reduces inflammation and pain, stops bleeding, prevents strokes, improves brain function and memory, oxidizes toxins, prevents and reverses degenerative diseases and eliminates auto-immune diseases.

Inactivation of bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa: Ozone disrupts the integrity of the bacteria cell envelope through oxidation of the phospholipids and lipoproteins. In fungi, ozone inhibits cell growth at certain stages. With viruses, the ozone damages the viral capsid and disrupts the reproductive cycle by disturbing the virus-to-cell contact with peroxidation. The weak enzyme coatings on cells which make them vulnerable to invasion by viruses make them susceptible to oxidation and elimination from the body, which then replaces them with healthy cells.

Enhancement of circulation: In circulatory diseases, clumping of red blood cells hinders blood flow through the small capillaries and decreases oxygen absorption due to reduced surface area. Ozone reduces or eliminates clumping and red cell flexibility is restored, along with oxygen carrying ability. Oxygenation of the tissue increases as the arterial partial pressure increases and viscosity decreases. Ozone also oxidizes the plague in arteries, allowing the removal of the breakdown products, unclogging the blood vessels.

Stimulation of oxygen Metabolism: Ozone causes an increase in red blood cell glycolysis rate. This lead to the stimulation of 2, 3- diphosphoglycerate (2, 3-DPG)  which leads to an increase in the amount of oxygen released to the tissue. There is a stimulation of the production of enzymes which act as free radical scavengers and cell wall protectors: glutathione peroxidise catalase, and superoxide dismutase. Ozone activates the Krebs cycle by enhancing oxidative carboxylation of pyruvate, stimulating production of ATP. Ozone also causes a significant reduction in NADH and helps to oxidize cytochrome C.  Prostacyclin, avasodilator, is also induced by ozone.

Formation of peroxides: Ozone reacts with unsaturated fatty acids of the lipid layer in cellular membranes, forming hydro peoxides. There is a synergistic effect with cellular-formed   H2O2   Lipid peroxidation products include alkoxyl radicals, single oxygen, ozonides, carbonides, carbonyls, alkenes.

Dissolution of malignant tumours: Ozone inhibits tumour metabolism. In addition, oone oxidizes the outer lipid layer of malignant cells and destroys them through cell lysis (break- down) Phagocytes produce H2O2   and hydroxyl to kill bacteria and viruses. The generation of hydroxyl by killer cells is critical to their cytotoxic capability. Ozone stimulates conversion of L- arginine by killer cells to citrulline, nitrite and nitrate by phagocytes, acting on tumours.

Is Ozone safe?
There are thousands of references documented in the medical literature on the safe use of medical ozone therapy or oxygen therapy from doctors and professionals around the world.

•    There are over 3000 references in the German literature showing it safe, successful use in over 50 years of application to humans during millions of dosages.
•    German Medical Society has published that 384 775 patients were treated with a minimum of 5 579238 applications and the side effect rate observed was only 0.000005 per application. This is the lowest side effect rate in existence.
•    Report also stated- The majority of adverse health effects were caused by ignorance about ozone therapy (operator error)”, The University of innbrucks’s Forensic Institute published Dr Zacob dissertation quoting this in Empirical Medical Acts of Germany.
•    The international Ozone Association information and the Machine Manufacturer Reference reported over 7 000 MEDICAL DOCTORS in Europe using medical ozone safely and effectively, some for more than 40 years.
